To write 是動(dòng)詞不定式，作后置定語(yǔ)修飾a lot.

本句中new 作形容詞,修飾不定代詞something,放在不定代詞something 之后。形容詞修飾不定代詞或者不定副詞時(shí)，常放在所修飾詞之后。這些不定代詞和不定副詞分別為：
something ,anything, nothing ,everything和somewhere, anywhere, nowhere, everywhere等。

look after 照顧，照看 同義詞是 care for ,take care of ，take good care of 好好照看 ; 好好照顧 ; 愛護(hù) ; 照顧好
例如：If you look after something, you begin to love it

send作為及物動(dòng)詞，意為“寄，送”，后接雙賓語(yǔ)，即send sb. sth.或 send sth. to sb.,意為“送給某人某物”。

send for 意為“派人去請(qǐng)”，for 后應(yīng)接要請(qǐng)的人。
例如：He sent Li Lei for the doctor. 他派李雷去請(qǐng)醫(yī)生。
send up 意為“發(fā)送；發(fā)射”。
例如：Our country will send up another man-made satellite next month.下個(gè)月我們國(guó)家又要發(fā)射一顆人造衛(wèi)星。
