簽證(Visa)是一國政府機(jī)關(guān)依照本國法律規(guī)定為申請入出或通過本國的外國人頒發(fā)的一種許可證明。

根據(jù)國際法原則,任何一個(gè)主權(quán)國家,有權(quán)自主決定是否允許外國人入出其國家,有權(quán)依照本國法律頒發(fā)簽證、拒發(fā)簽證或者對已經(jīng)簽發(fā)的簽證宣布吊銷。

讀音技巧點(diǎn)撥

1.字母g在單詞中一般發(fā)/ɡ/。發(fā)音時(shí),舌后部抬起,緊貼軟腭,形成阻礙,氣流沖開后,沖出口腔。/ɡ/是濁輔音,聲帶振動(dòng)。

在字母e,y前面,則發(fā)/dʒ/。發(fā)音時(shí),舌尖舌端抬高,貼住上齒齦后部,形成阻礙。氣流沖出阻礙摩擦成音。口型略突出,稍微成方型。/dʒ/是濁輔音,聲帶振動(dòng)。

2.字母組合ck的發(fā)音是/k/,發(fā)音時(shí),舌后部抬起,緊貼軟腭,形成阻礙,氣流沖開后,沖出口腔。/k/是清輔音,聲帶不振動(dòng)。
