1) No + 動(dòng)名詞

No entry. 請(qǐng)勿入內(nèi)。
3) 祈使句
祈使句同樣可以用來表示“禁止做某事”。
e.g. Don’t make any noise. 不要吵鬧。
Keep off the grass. 請(qǐng)勿踐踏草坪。

Grammar 狀語從句
if引導(dǎo)的狀語從句。if引導(dǎo)的狀語從句不是指已經(jīng)發(fā)生的事件,而是指能夠發(fā)生或可能發(fā)生的事件。
if從句+祈使句,相當(dāng)于漢語的“如果……,就……”。
1. if從句的構(gòu)成,例句:
If you want to go, please tell me.
如果你想去的話,請(qǐng)告訴我一聲。
If you want to know more about it, call now.
如果你想了解更多內(nèi)容,現(xiàn)在就打電話吧。
If you want to know what to see, look at the guide.
如果你想知道可參觀的內(nèi)容,就讀一下指南吧。
if后面通常接一個(gè)完整的句子作從句。
2. if從句的位置
if引導(dǎo)的從句可以放在主句之前,也
可以放在主句之后。例如:
If you ever go to London, make sure you visit the Science Museum.
如果你去倫敦,一定要去參觀科學(xué)博物館?梢愿膶憺椋
Make sure you visit the Science Museum if you ever go to London.
3. if從句的用法
本模塊主要學(xué)習(xí)并運(yùn)用“if從句+祈使句”這種結(jié)構(gòu)來表達(dá)建議。比如說,如果對(duì)方生病了,你建議他去看醫(yī)生,就可以說:
If you do not feel well, please go to see the doctor.
你如果感覺不舒服,就去看醫(yī)生吧。
