點撥：I’m not sure whether(是否) + 賓語從句
肯定句轉(zhuǎn)換：I’m sure that I can cook it well.
拓展：whether還可以換為if (是否),但有區(qū)別:whether 后面可跟or not,而if則不可以。

譯：首先，把一些熟肉切得很細。
點撥：cooked meat---煮熟的肉 --- cooked在此是過去分詞(相當于形容詞)作定語
