知識(shí)點(diǎn)1
be nice to ... 對(duì)……好
be nice to 相當(dāng)于be good/kind to，意為“對(duì)……好”，to后一般接表示人的代詞或名詞。它的反義短語(yǔ)是be bad to，意為“對(duì)……不好”。
eg: That old woman was kind/nice/good to the children.
那位老婦人對(duì)孩子們很好。
Harry Potter's aunt was bad to him.
哈利·波特的姨媽對(duì)他不好。

grow /ɡrəʊ/ v．生長(zhǎng)；成長(zhǎng)；種植
grow是不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞，其過(guò)去式為grew，過(guò)去分詞為grown。
eg：My grandpa grew various flowers in front of our house last spring.
去年春天我爺爺在我們的房子前種了各種各樣的花。
�？荚~組grow up“長(zhǎng)大；成長(zhǎng)”
eg：Many people will change their dreams when they grow up.
許多人長(zhǎng)大后會(huì)改變他們的夢(mèng)想。
grow還可用作系動(dòng)詞，意為“變得，變成”，強(qiáng)調(diào)逐漸變化的過(guò)程。
eg：The young man was very angry, and his voice grew louder and louder.
那個(gè)年輕人很生氣，聲音也變得越來(lái)越大。

eg：Bruce hopes to make a model spaceship by himself.

hope 不能用于hope sb.to do sth.結(jié)構(gòu)中，但可用于hope ＋ that 從句中。
eg：We hope to see you again.＝We hope we can see you again.
