我胃痛，頭也痛。
注意疾病的表達方式，以“我頭痛”為例，常見的表達方式有：
I have got a headache.
=My head hurts/aches.
=I have a pain in my head
名詞后綴-ache表示部位疼痛
tooth+ ache = toothache （牙痛）
head+ache = headache （頭痛）
back+ache=backache（背痛）
stomach +ache = stomachache（胃痛）

注意冠詞的使用，這里使用定冠詞，表示“這就是問題所在”，the problem 指造成大明胃病的原因。如果用不定冠詞a, 意思就相去甚遠。

a.本句中exercise表示“鍛煉”，為不可數(shù)名詞，沒有復數(shù)形式。例如：
