shout作動(dòng)詞，意為“呼叫，喊叫”
e.g. There’s no need to shout!
shout at sb.多指因?yàn)樯鷼獾榷巧埔獾貙?duì)某人吼叫。
e.g. I wish you’d stop shouting at the children.
shout to sb.多指因距離遠(yuǎn)，為了讓對(duì)方聽到而不得不大聲叫喊，不帶生氣等感情因素。
e.g. He shouted to me to throw down the rope.
