1. This is Jenny. 我是詹妮。
這是打電話用語。當(dāng)打電話時(shí)，介紹自己時(shí)用“This is…”或“It’s…”；問對(duì)方用“Is that…?”或“Who’s that?”例如：
Hello? This is Bob. Who’s that?
喂？我是鮑勃，你是誰？
Hi, Bob. It’s Mike here.
你好，鮑勃。我是邁克。
2. Not much. （口語）沒什么大事。
也可說成，nothing much 例如：
A: What are you doing, Linda?
你在做什么事，琳達(dá)？
B: Not (Nothing) much. I’m just reading a book.
沒什么大事。我在讀一本書。
3. Do you want to join me for dinner?
你想和我一起吃飯嗎？
join sb for sth 與某人一起干某事/加入到某人的行列一起干某事。如：
Would you come and join us for party?
你愿意和我們一起聚會(huì)嗎？
4. I'd love to. 我很樂意。
1) 交際用語，用于禮貌地接受他人邀請，還可以說成I’d like to, 但語氣比較弱。
2) 當(dāng)委婉拒絕他人邀請時(shí)，多用I’d love to, but...或Sorry, I’m afraid I can't because...等。
