1.一般過去時(shí)的用法
（1）表示說話前所發(fā)生的動(dòng)作。
例句：He told us to pick apples.
他讓我們摘蘋果。
（2）表示過去所發(fā)生的一系列動(dòng)作。
例句：After school I hurried to ride my bike, got off the bike, put down my bag and went into the house.
放學(xué)后，我騎自行車趕回家，下車，放下我的書包，然后就進(jìn)屋了。
（3）講述（過去的）故事或表示已故的人所做的事情。
例句：Comrade Lei Feng did good deeds in his life.
雷鋒同志在他的生命中總是做好事。
2.一般過去時(shí)的特殊疑問句
（1）類型：①含有be動(dòng)詞的特殊疑問句；
②含有實(shí)義動(dòng)詞的特殊疑問句。
（2）結(jié)構(gòu)形式：
當(dāng)疑問詞在句中作主語時(shí)或在主語前作定語時(shí)，用
“疑問詞（+被修飾詞）+was/were+其他？”或“疑問詞（+被修飾詞）+動(dòng)詞過去式+其他？”。
（3）對(duì)主語提問或?qū)χ髡Z的定語提問時(shí)，后面句序應(yīng)為陳述句語序。
（4）當(dāng)疑問詞作賓語或狀語時(shí)，用“疑問詞+ was/ were +主語+其他？”或“疑問詞+did+主語+動(dòng)詞原形+其他？”。
（5）在否定句和疑問句中,如果出現(xiàn)了助動(dòng)詞did，后面的謂語動(dòng)詞應(yīng)還原為原形。
