《Life Choices》Section ⅦPPT

第一部分內(nèi)容：寫作技法指導(dǎo)

[文體指導(dǎo)]

英文電子郵件和書信的寫法大致相同，但略有差異。一般說來英文電子郵件包括以下五個部分：

1．標(biāo)題欄

一般寫在左上角，包括發(fā)件人姓名、郵箱地址、發(fā)件日期、收件人姓名、郵箱地址以及郵件主題。

排列格式為：

FROM：發(fā)件人姓名、郵箱地址

DATE：發(fā)件日期

TO：收件人姓名、郵箱地址

SUBJECT：簡明扼要地介紹信的內(nèi)容。通常是單詞、短語，偶爾用句子。

2．稱呼

位于正文的開頭。如何稱呼，要看發(fā)件人與收件人的關(guān)系而定。若是同學(xué)、朋友，可以直呼其名；若是長輩或上級，要在姓氏前加上Mr，Miss，Mrs，Dr，Professor等表示稱謂的詞。 

3．正文

正文要簡潔明了。簡單問候之后，就要開門見山地說明寫信的目的。這部分內(nèi)容的寫作相對自由，但對于電子郵件的回復(fù)，須緊扣“回復(fù)”這一字眼，要“問有所答，疑有所解”。在高考中，要按照試題要求的內(nèi)容來寫，最重要的是表達(dá)要清楚、有條理，語言要準(zhǔn)確、流暢。

4．信尾客套話

結(jié)尾的客套話通常很簡潔，如Yours，Thanks等，一般寫在左下角。 

5．簽名

一般寫在左下角，有時也寫在右下角。

Dear Jane，

I've been at Senior High School for more than two months.I'm writing down my thoughts about my new school life.
