1. so that以便；因而。既可以引導(dǎo)目的狀語(yǔ)從句，也可以引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句。引導(dǎo)目的狀語(yǔ)從句時(shí)，往往和情態(tài)動(dòng)詞can, could, may等連用。
He studies hard so that he can do well in the exam. 他努力學(xué)習(xí)，以便在考試中做得好。
We got there early so that we caught the first bus. 我們很早到了那，因此趕上了第一班車。
2. I don’t have it anymore. 我不再擁有它了。
not…anymore不再，相當(dāng)于no more，表示數(shù)量和程度上的“不再”，常修飾終止性動(dòng)詞。
not…any longer=no longer不再，表示時(shí)間或距離上的“不再”，常修飾延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞。
I don’t like bananas anymore. 我不再喜歡香蕉了。

3. plenty of大量的，既可以修飾可數(shù)名詞，也可以修飾不可數(shù)名詞，相當(dāng)于lots of或a lot of。
a number of許多，只能修飾復(fù)數(shù)名詞。
