【注意】towards指“朝”目的地移動(dòng)；to含有“到達(dá)”之意。
eg：The dog is coming towards the boy.那條狗朝男孩走去。
sand用作名詞，意為“沙；沙子；沙灘”，指細(xì)小的石粒時(shí)，是不可數(shù)名詞。
eg：Ouch！The sand is so hot！It can burn my feet.哎喲！沙子這么燙！會(huì)燙傷腳的。
wait是不及物動(dòng)詞，意為“等，等待”，后跟賓語(yǔ)時(shí)要加介詞for，即wait for sb./sth.“等待某人/某物”。

can't wait to do sth.迫不及待地做某事
cut down砍倒
eg：Don't cut down any trees.別砍樹木。
【注意】cut的現(xiàn)在分詞為cutting，過(guò)去式和過(guò)去分詞均為cut。
