1. marry
marry sb. 意為“與某人結(jié)婚”
eg: She married a man with a lot of money.
get / be married to sb. 意為“和某人結(jié)婚”
eg: When did you get married?
She has been married to him for ten years.
2. Now he is ready to introduce someone to the class.
ready意思是“有準備的；準備好的；做好準備的”，用作表語。
常用于 be / get ready for sth.和 be ready to do sth. 中。
be ready for sth. 的意思是“某人為某事做好了準備”。
eg: Are you ready for the picnic?
be ready to do sth.的意思是“準備好做某事”。
eg: We are ready to have a sports meeting.
小提示：be ready to do sth.還可表示“樂意做某事”。
3. someone very special
此句中，very special是形容詞作定語，放在someone的后面。不定代詞someone, anyone的定語必須放在它們后面，就象something, anything, nothing的定語一樣。
eg：Someone important will come to see us.
有位重要人物會來看我們。
4. Ms. Liu lives in Shijiazhuang.
在此句中注意Mr., Mrs., Miss.（意為先生、夫人、小姐）三個單詞的用法。在西方，婚后的女士隨丈夫姓。姓之前用Mrs. Smith。未婚女士姓之前用Miss，意為小姐。如果無法判斷她是否結(jié)婚，則可稱為Ms或Lady（女士）。與女士談話時，用錯Miss和Mrs.，會使女士們很不愉快。
