1. It’s not far from my home.
它離我家不遠(yuǎn)。
far from 離……遠(yuǎn)
例：My home is far from my school, so I go to school by bus every day.
我家離學(xué)校很遠(yuǎn)，所以我每天乘公共汽車去上學(xué)。
2.It’s about twenty minutes’ walk from my home.
它從我家大約步行20分鐘。
twenty minutes’ 意為“20分鐘的……”, 是名詞的所有格形式。
名詞所有格在名詞后加“’s”, 表示 “……的”，如Li Ming’s book 李明的書(shū)，Lucy’s skirt 露西的裙子；如果名詞以-s結(jié)尾，則直接加“’”，如教師節(jié) Teachers’ Day。
例：These are the two brothers’books.
這是兩兄弟的書(shū)。
3.I like pandas best. 我最喜歡熊貓。
like...best 最喜歡，可以和favourite句型互換，如：
I like yellow best of all the colours.
=My favourite colour is yellow.
