以輔音字母加-y結(jié)尾的動詞,變過去式要把y變?yōu)閕,再加-ed,如: studied
以一個輔音字母結(jié)尾的重讀閉音節(jié)動詞,要雙寫詞尾的輔音字母,再加-ed, 如stopped
不規(guī)則變化,不規(guī)則動詞的過去式變化規(guī)律性不強,須多加記憶,如:go—went make—made buy—bought
